Inauguration of the India plant at Kondhapuri near Ranjangaon on November 26, 2008. Areas handled by d5ision were:

• Design of the concept and supporting elements of the event
• Sourcing of artistes for the cultural program
• Negotiation with vendors, including banqueting agency, transport agency, etc.
• External and interior décor, including covered dining area, drapery, flower decoration, carpeting, etc.
• All tentage, including specially designed canopy for the dining area, drivers’ lounge, animal enclosure for 20 horses and 2 elephants, etc.
• Sourcing of animals and permission from Animal Welfare Board, India, for the use of elephants for the event
• Arrangement of hostesses
• All arrangements for the smooth flow of the event and actual conduct of the event on the day

Teradata

Inauguration of the Global Consulting Center at Magarpatta City, Pune, on March 5, 2008. Areas handled by d5ision were:

• Design of the concept of the event and all supporting elements – Welcome Parade, Antique Coach with uniformed coachmen and footmen, military jeeps, Military Band, etc.
• Arrangements with the hotel for the Press Conference, lunch, Town Hall Meeting and cultural program
• Negotiation with all vendors
• Sourcing of artistes for the cultural program / entertainment program
• Sourcing of genuine antique coach, horses, coachmen and footmen
• Décor at the Global Consulting Center, including branded helium balloons, flowers, drapery, etc.
• Arrangement and training of scouts and hostesses

Honeywell Turbo Technologies

The plant at Hinjewadi was inaugurated on 3rd May, 2006, by Adriane Brown, President and CEO, Honeywell Transportation Systems. d5ision handled the entire event, including designing and mailing of invitations, designing and installation of Direction Markers, décor at the venue, stage, backdrop, co-ordination with the Banqueting Agency, etc. A unique feature of the event was the ceremonial presentation of a turbo engine in a traditional Palkhi.

BEHR

d5ision has handled two events for BEHR, the inauguration of their new product line on November 8, 2006 and the inauguration of their new plant at Chakan on January 31, 2007. d5ision handled designing, tentage, co-ordination with caterers, stage and unveiling arrangements, etc.

Carraro

d5ision handled two events for Carraro India. The first was their supplier conference at Ranjangaon on September 23, 2006. d5ision handled tentage, décor, branded garden umbrellas and the actual conduct of the event. The second event handled for Carraro was the inauguration of their office at Gigaspace. d5ision handled the décor and other arrangements for the inauguration.
